HaDEA PARTNERSHIP

European Health and Digital Executive Agency

The European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) is the successor of the Innovation and Networks Executive Agency (INEA), former Trans-European Transport Network Executive Agency (TEN-T EA), which was created by the European Commission in 2006. The European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) manages European programmes and initiatives on behalf of the European Commission.

HaDEA’s ambition is to help rebuild a post-COVID-19 Europe at its heart which will be greener, more digital and more resilient for future challenges.

Connecting Europe Facility

The Connecting Europe Faility (CEF) is a key EU funding instrument to promote growth, jobs and competitiveness through targeted infrastructure investment at European level. It is one of the INEA programme. It supports the development of high performing, sustainable and efficiently interconnected trans-European networks in the fields of transport, energy and digital services. CEF investments fill the missing links in Europe's energy, transport and digital backbone.
